　　因组织筹备工作准备不足，尚未达到比赛要求，为保证参赛选手的利益和比赛的严肃性，《首届国际长笛比赛》组织委会决定：

　　《首届国际长笛比赛》推迟至2011年举行，具体时间另行通知。

　　为此给各方面带来的诸多不便，表示深深的歉意！

　　选手所交的决赛费用，将如数退还至选手本人，请放心。

　　因海内外华人欢渡春节，很多准备参赛的选手没有准备好录像资料。经组委会研究决定：

　　将初赛报名时间延至2010年3月20日，以当地邮戳为准。望周知。

非專業組：
A組：10歲—15歲
B組：16歲—20歲
C組：21歲以上

國籍不限，曲目自選，限時6分鐘。
The competition is open to all nationalities. Free repertoire and limit 6 minutes.

專業組：
國籍不限，年齡不限，有指定曲目。

比賽形式：

獨奏（鋼琴伴奏或無伴奏，鋼琴伴奏人員自備）
專業組選手決賽需演奏兩首曲目。在指定曲目中任選一首，自選一首，限時10分鐘。（樂曲再現，反復部分可不奏，在規定時間內未完成演奏，不影響成績）
Professional Group:
The competition is open to all nationalities and no age limitation but with assigned repertoire. Professional groups into the final is composed of the semi-final and the final two rounds.
Form of Competition: Soloaria(Piano accompaniment or without accompaniment, Piano accompaniment self-provided.)
Professional group players need to play two repertories. Choiced one from the assigned repertoires and other one is free repertoire, limited to 10 minutes.( Reproduce melodies, repeating part need not replay. Incompletion performance in the prescriptive time that does not affect the results.)

初賽 Preliminary Competitio

非專業組、專業組初賽只接受選手錄製的VCD或DVD錄影光碟，
組委會將組織專家評審觀看光碟進行初選。
Preliminary Competition (both Non-professional and Professional Groups) just received the vadio VCD or DVD disc that players performance recorded.

初賽報名要求 Preliminary Requirement

1、認真填寫報名表（報名表可登陸WWW.FIUTE FRIENDS.COM網站下載）。報名表初賽、決賽只需填寫一次。
2、近期兩寸照片兩張，身份證影本，海外選手提供護照影本。
3、初賽選手錄製好的VCD或DVD錄影光碟。
4、初賽報名費：港幣300元。
1、Fill up Application forms carefully (the Application forms could be downloaded from the web
sites WWW.FIUTE FRIENDS.COM). An application forms only be needed fill once.
2、Two recent passport-size photos, Identification card (ID card) copy and passport copy of
the provision of overseas players.
3、The recorded video VCD or DVD disc when took part in the Preliminary Competition.
4、Preliminary registration fee: HKD 300.

2010年2月1日至3月20日為初賽報名時間，初賽選手報名表、光碟、報名費應於2010年3月1日前寄至組委會指定地址和帳戶（以當地郵戳為准）。
Preliminary registration time: February 1st to March 1 st, 2010. Preliminary players’ application forms, CDs, registration fee should be sent to the specified address and account of Organizing Committee before the day March 1st, 2010 (that is subject to the local postmark date).

2010年3月15日組委會將在網上公佈決賽名單，並發出決賽通知書。
Organizing Committee will announced the final list of the Internet on March 15, 2010 and issued the final notice.

決賽

決賽規則 The rules of final

1、比賽分非專業組、專業組；
2、比賽形式只設獨奏（鋼琴伴或無伴奏）；
3、比賽順序抽籤決定；
4、比賽成績由柒位評審現場打分，當場公佈，不可以任何理由更改；
5、比賽組委會堅決做到公開、公平、公證，決不允許有任何不正常現象出現；
6、參賽選手應按時到達比賽場地，無故不到者將取消參賽資格；
7、參賽選手必須聽從組委會工作人員的指揮，依次候場，保持安靜。遵守比賽場地的各項規定；
8、2010年7月8日為決賽選手報到時間。晚7點30分舉行開幕儀式。組委會成員、評審委員會成員及在港文化官員和選手見面。
9、2010年7月9日至11日為比賽時間，12日上午頒獎。
10、2010年7月13日晚8時，柒位專家評委將在香港大會堂音樂廳舉行一場精彩的、世界一流的長笛演奏會。

1. Competition consist of non-professional and professional groups.
2. Form of Competition is soloaria(piano accompaniment or without accompaniment, piano accompaniment self-provided.)
3. Palyers drew lots to determine the order in which players would have his/her matches.
4. Results from seven judges gave the assessment and announced the points at scene , the result can not be changed for any reason.
5.Competition Organizing Committee must do that open, fair and notarized. Committee never allowed to have any unfair phenomenon.
6.Players should arrive at the venue on time.Those who were absent without reason will be disqualified.
7. Players must obey the command of the organizing committee staffs, followed by further field, and to keep silent. To comply with the provisions of the competition arena.
8.July 8, 2010 is the final time for the players register. Held the opening ceremony at 7:30 p.m. Members of Orga nizing Committee, Judge Committee and Hongkong Cultural officials to have meet with players.
9.July 9—11,2010 is competiton time, have presentation on July 12 morning.
10. seven expert judges will have a wonderful and world class flute concert in Hongkong City Hall (Concert Hall) at 8:00 p.m. on July13,2010.

決賽費用 Fee for Final
決賽選手在香港參賽5天的食、宿費用（香港沙田麗豪酒店,四星級）、評審費、保險費，共計港幣4,200元，或人民幣3,800元。
The cost of the final player is total HKD 4,200 or RMB 3,800 including that the costs of food and housing (Regal Riverside Hotel，four-star) for the Competition (5 days) in Hong Kong, accreditation fee and insurance fee.

隨行人員（或鋼琴伴奏人員）在香港5天食、宿費用（香港沙田麗豪酒店,四星級）、保險費用，共計港幣3,100元或人民幣2,800元。
The cost of the attendants (or piano accompaniment) is total HKD 3,100 or RMB 2,800 including that the costs of food and housing (Regal Riverside Hotel，four-star) for the Competition (5 days) in Hong Kong and insurance fee.

參加決賽的選手，請將決賽費用於2010年4月10日前匯入組委會指定帳戶。
Players who participated in the final, please remitted the payment for final to designated account of organizing committee before the day April 10, 2010.
